Depending on Life product and depending on group size...Guaranteed Issue or Conditional Guarantee Issue with only a few eligibility questions asked, may be available. A low participation requirement may be needed. Coverage is also available to employees spouse and dependent children.

Our Agency offers brokers with an affordable and innovative solution for their employer groups. This plan is an optional rider that can be sold either with the Universal or Term Life policy. Combining two kinds of insurance protection into one convenient policy.
How it works - Term Life with Long Term Care & Extension of Benefits Rider: LTC benefits are equal to the death benefit amount. A portion of the death benefit is accelerated for Long Term Care coverage each month that a covered employee or spouse is eligible for benefits. After 100% of the coverage amount has been accelerated under the long term care rider...an extension of benefits for long term care kicks in for yet another 200% of the coverage amount. Providing a total benefit paid of 3x the policy face amount.
