Our Agency has a full-service Enrollment Call Center for all benefit plans - Voluntary Benefits as well as Core Health Benefits and Flexible Benefit Plans. Call Center Support is designed to provide employees with the educational, strategic and support tools necessary to navigate today’s complex healthcare choices.
Our Call Center was also designed to support the complexities of Employee Benefits Communication for large companies that may have multiple locations in various states. We have worked diligently with our Voluntary Insurance Carriers and System Administrators to create a platform to enroll and deliver benefit plan data electronically, with the following features:
- Internet browser-based system.
- Secure Internet connections via SSL encryption technology.
- Customize Enrollment Website with client logo/graphics.
- Audio/Visual Presentation Technology.
- Online Chat Help with trained Benefit Counselors.
- Shadow Session with trained Benefit Counselors.
- Electronic Signature for Voluntary Benefits with either PIN
(Personal Identification Number) or VRA (Voice Recording Authorization).
- Option of Year-Round Administration is available.
Face To Face - Agent Assisted Enrollment
With over 45 years of experience in Benefits Communication, we have found that many employees today still prefer the more personalized enrollment experience of meeting Face to Face with a Benefits Counselor. Its our job to make sure that every employee understands and appreciates what 'you', the employer, provides on their behalf. We review all benefit plans being offered and assist the employee with creating a benefits package to fit their needs and the needs of their family members. Helping employees to protect what they value most!
This is an Internet browser-based system, using Secure Internet connections via SSL encryption technology, and allows for Electronic Signature Capture for Benefit Enrollment with either PIN (Personal Identification Number) or VRA (Voice Recording Authorization).
Our pre-enrollment communications can introduce employees to our simple web-based enrollment system and the steps to follow. During the Self Enrollment process ... employees can request help via online Chat with Shadow Session options for agent assisted enrollment through our Call Center support staff.
